Our General Conditions of Sale

1. Provisions of the “Informatique et Libertés” law

For mail order purposes,ZOFE BREEDING EARLsave your details. It undertakes not to use this data for other purposes. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (article 34 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978). 2. General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale define the commercial relations betweenl EARL BREEDING ZOFEand the contractor. The services concerned by these General Conditions of Sale are those offered by theEARL ELVAGE ZOFE. Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read all of our general conditions of sale and accepting them. They are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the products.

 

3. Price

The prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included andl EARL BREEDING ZOFEreserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the order.

 

4. Means of payment

Means of payment accepted: credit card, check, transfer, PAYPAL. Payment cards are debited upon validation of the order.

 

5. Shipping Costs and Delivery

Our Shipping Costs are defined on the "Delivery Method" page. The products are then shipped within 3 to 7 days. If the shipping times cannot be met, an email is sent to the contractor. Parcels are sent by Colissimo or letter followed according to their weight, or by Mondial Relay. The delivery time depends on the country. In addition, the shipping costs will be due a second time in the event that a customer does not pick up their package at the pick-up point.

 

6. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the sales contract in the event of force majeure, in particular in the event of a strike. The seller disclaims all responsibility for the use that the buyer will make of the products. In no way do the comments and information provided on this site constitute a treatment recommendation (preventive or curative), a prescription or a diagnosis, nor should they be considered as such.EARL ELVAGE ZOFEassumes no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the use of this information. On the other hand, the photographs reproduced on the site and illustrating the products presented do not enter into a contractual field, as well as any error concerning the description of the products. The responsibility of the seller could not be engaged if an error had been inserted in one of these photographs. The seller undertakes to exchange any defective or damaged product at his own expense. This warranty does not include any failure related to abnormal use or storage of the product through negligence or fault of the consumer. However, items that do not correspond to the customer's expectations must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. In the event of damage noted on a parcel during a delivery, it is up to the customer to make reservations with the transport organization and to send a copy of the declaration of deterioration to the seller by email to customer service on the address zofe.contact@gmail.com  within 48 hours.

 

7. Right of withdrawal 

I recognize that l EARL BREEDING ZOFE  will proceed to the immediate execution of the service from the validation of my order and as such I expressly waive my right of withdrawal of 14 days, in accordance with the provisions of article L .221-28 1° of the consumer code.

7.a – Purchase of cosmetics, hygiene and home products

 

In accordance with the legislation governing mail order sales, the buyer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code. The 15-day withdrawal period starts on the day of receipt of the goods. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The buyer is entitled to cancel his order during this period. This cancellation is effective as soon as he returns the goods, at his expense, the products must not have been used and be in their original packaging, by postal parcel with delivery against signature preferably. Upon receipt and after quality control of the goods, ………………..has a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods to reimburse the customer or make an exchange if the buyer so wishes. The buyer does not have to justify his change of mind.
